Assassin's Creed Unity E3 Reveal

During E3 2014, Ubisoft revealed Assassin’s Creed Unity’s cooperative mode, showing four assassins working together to eliminate their targets. When asked if players will be able to choose a female assassin,Ubisoft said they wouldn’t because creating female characters would require too much additional work.

Assassin's Creed: Unity drops a brand-new protagonist into the French Revolution to explore one of Europe's most turbulent periods firsthand, with impressive tech specs to show the era's full scope.

Set during Revolutionary France, Assassin's Creed: Unity will let you play parts of the single player campaign with up to four other players. Whilst they'll appear as different characters on your screen, everyone will appear as the lead character on their own. With new weapons and a completely customisable character system Unity promises to be the most expansive Assassin's Creed game yet.

You play as Arno, an French-Austrian Master Assassin. Having never forgiven himself for the death of his father Arno joined the Asssassin's and now you play him on a tale of redemption throughout Paris.

The game is being developed by 10 different Ubisoft studios, Ubisoft said in a financial presentation.
Ubisoft Montreal is the lead developer but is joined by Ubisoft studios in Toronto, Quebec, Annecy, Singapore, Shanghai, Chengdu, Kiev, Montpellier, and Bucharest.
The game will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and is set in Revolutionary France. The release date hasn’t been announced but will reportedly be in November.
